With ministries located in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria and key stakeholders in those States and beyond, effective communication is important to the Trustees of Mary Aikenhead Ministries. A website was launched in 2009 and has been upgraded periodically to serve the needs of the ministries. Also in 2009, the Trustees established their quarterly newsletter, Journeys, to provide a forum for them to share information with the ministries, the Sisters of Charity and other key stakeholders.

The Trustees provide an annual report to the Holy See’s Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and for Societies of Apostolic Life and to the member of Mary Aikenhead Ministries, the Sisters of Charity of Australia. In March 2011 theTrustees presented their inaugural report personally to the Holy See during a visit to Rome.

TheTrustees of Mary Aikenhead Ministriesmeetannually with the Archbishops of Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney and the Bishop of Toowoomba, the dioceses in which the ministries are located.  They also make regular stewardship visits to the ministries to meet with staff and Board Directors and to remain abreast of developments across Mary Aikenhead Ministries.
